The staff are very-VERY NICE and welcoming people. It has beautiful and fantastic location right by a very good restaurant for Fish and the lake side.

This hotel has a wonderful location right by the water and ferry terminal, in a picturesque Swiss village. Guests have enjoyed views of the lake and mountains from their balconies, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. the breakfast buffet offers a great selection of delicious food, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. There is also sauna facilities available.

Some guests have reported inconveniences such as road construction noise early in the morning and inconsistent Wi-Fi connection.

Everything is excellent, the room is spotless with the tea & coffee and sofa, for example. The breakfast is served in the restaurant...

I had exceptionally nice room complete with the balcony, an absolutely amazing view and air conditioner. The breakfast was adequate, they make a great selection of meals. The location was great, right next to the port, convenient to go everywhere.

The hotel is located in the nice small village Gersau on Vierwaldstaettersee - all rooms have balconies, overlooking the lake.

The staff apparently does not speak any language than German. Bill settlement by a credit card caused major confusion of the reception staff, and check-out process took at least 15 min.

the location was marvelous, around 4-6 minutes walk from old town. Being very close to Restaurant Venue Schwert was nice; we had dinner there. We stayed at the Seehotel Riviera at Lake Lucerne in Gersau to relax and have fun. This small hotel was the perfect place to do so. the beautiful location, just a short 4-6 minute walk from the old town, made it even more enjoyable. Additionally, having Restaurant Venue Schwert nearby was convenient for our dinner plans.

During my recent business trip to Gersau, I had the opportunity to stay at Seehotel Riviera At Lake Lucerne. The hotel was chosen by my director, and I am glad she made this choice. The Finnish sauna was a delightful experience, allowing me to unwind after a long day of meetings. The centuries-old practice of the dry hot air bath truly rejuvenated my senses. The soothing scent of spruce mountain woods and natural aroma infusions in the sauna provided a calming effect that felt invigorating to my respiratory organs.

While my overall stay at Seehotel Riviera At Lake Lucerne was pleasant, I did notice one minor drawback.

Great location, amazing lake view, helpful staff, convenient coffee machine in the room, enjoyable sauna facilities.
